Bought From Us, Servicing Somewhere Else?

A lot of folks buy their truck at a GM store, then take it to a quick-lube or a corner shop for everything after. We get it. But here is the catch: the people who know your Silverado best are the ones who see hundreds of them a year, and the work they do shows up on your Carfax and protects your resale.

Why Service With Us

Six reasons north Louisiana
keeps its trucks here.

Four GM World Class Technicians.

With our four World Class techs, your truck gets the right diagnosis the first time. World Class Technician is the highest certification General Motors awards, earned through eight Master Technician Certifications and the ASE credentials to match. Most shops never employ one.

GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco, stocked for what you drive.

Our parts inventory runs GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco, built around the Silverados, Sierras, Tahoes, and Equinoxes north Louisiana actually owns. The right part is more likely on the shelf, not on a three-day backorder.

The right fix the first time.

Dealer-level diagnostic tools read your vehicle the way the factory intended. Fewer repeat visits. Fewer "we will have to look at it again" conversations.

Warranty and recall work done right.

Covered repairs, factory recalls, and warranty claims are handled in-house by an authorized GM dealer. No middleman, and no "take it to the dealer for that."

A documented service history protects resale.

Dealer service records strengthen your Carfax and your trade value down the road. When you sell or trade, a clean GM service history pays you back.

Diesel and Duramax expertise.

Duramax diesels, DEF systems, and heavy-duty work that most quick-lubes will not touch, handled by people who service these trucks every week.

What Sets The Shop Apart

Without the big-city markup.

Fair & Local

Competitive Customer-Pay Labor

Out of warranty? You still get dealer expertise at a customer-pay labor rate set to compete with the independents, without losing the factory know-how.

  • Competitive labor on out-of-warranty work
  • Oil, brakes, tires, batteries, and diagnostics
  • Duramax diesel and DEF service
  • Owner on site, accountable for the work

You do not have to choose between factory-trained service and a fair price. Here, you get both, in the same building where you bought the truck, run by the same family. And no, you do not have to service at the selling dealer to keep your factory warranty. That myth and more get straight answers on our FAQ.

The Maintenance Schedule, Plainly

What your truck needs,
and when it needs it.

How often should I change my oil?

When the Oil Life Monitoring System tells you to. GM vehicles track engine conditions and display remaining oil life, which typically lands between 5,000 and 7,500 miles of normal driving. We reset it correctly at every service and use the GM dexos specification oil your engine actually calls for.

When should I rotate my tires?

Every 7,500 miles is the standard GM recommendation, and it is the cheapest insurance your tires get. We rotate, check pressures, and inspect tread depth in the same visit, then note it on your record so the history follows the truck when you trade it.

What gets checked at every visit?

A multi-point inspection comes with the work. Brakes, battery, fluids, belts, hoses, tires, and the systems that strand people get eyes on them every time the vehicle is on a lift. You get the findings straight, ranked by what is urgent and what can wait.

When do the bigger services come due?

By the book, not by a sales pitch. Cabin air filters, brake fluid, transfer case service, and coolant follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual by mileage and time. Bring it in and we pull the schedule for your exact VIN, then tell you what is actually due.

Schedule it online.
We will take it from there.

Book your service appointment in a couple of minutes, or call the shop straight through. Service hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Easy off I-20 from West Monroe, Grambling, Choudrant, and across Lincoln Parish, and yes, we service GMC right alongside Chevrolet.
