Finished in a timely manor and explained what was done.

Quick fix although I did feel like since it was a recall that I was "just in the way" of the tech's morning. Bought last 2 vehicles from here and have been pleased in the past with service but it was different this time. I blame it on the fact it was a recall issue and since no money was being made, they just didn't have time for me. Probably will not recommend sales or service again for this dealership.

Appointment was smooth and easy. Service was completed on time while I waited. Details of what is needed for my car was offered. Unfortunately, the shop does not accept Endurance extended warranty.

On time and great service

I had an appointment at 10 a.m. By 12 the link was still showing me that my car had only been “checked in” according to the link provided through text. I texted to ask what the estimated time was and then remarkably work started on my car. 2 people that arrived after me left before I was done. After being there for 2 hrs and 45 minutes my car was finally done. That is RIDICULOUS! I had an appointment, yet it didn’t seem to matter.

Arrived and was immediately greeted with courtesy.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am & I was told it would take about 30 minutes oil change only. I arrived 9:57 and I said would wait since it would be about 30 minutes oil change, but was told it would be an hour or alittle longer because someone was ahead of me . An appointment time of 10:00 was made for me & it should have been done instead of me having to wait an 1hour &15 minute for an oil change. I guess because it was a free oil change on my new car from Courtesy an appointment didn’t matter!

I had a 9a.m appointment to get my air conditioner checked because of issues I was having! Well, I went back in at 3p.m. To check on my truck and they hadn’t started told me it would be Thursday before they could get to it to bring it back. I left the vehicle with them and they hadn’t started told it finished by noon the following day!

I was owed a detail from when I purchased my car. They said they could not honor it now. Horrible service when you pay that much money for a car. And even more so when they knew they were selling me a car with a motor recall as well.

I enjoy the relationship that I have developed with Nick and Clint and trust that my vehicle is being serviced at a high level.

Why have appt Oil change should not be 2hrs when you have appt

Clint held my vehicle issue like a superstar, even though he had a lot going on that morning. He told me he would do his best to get my vehicle in the shop and find out what is the problem. Clint got my truck fixed within 2 hours. Thanks Clint for being my superstar.

I also got to say good-bye to Amelia, who always recognizes me and greets me with a smile, but is sadly leaving for another opportunity.

Service was great, as always, but the wait time for an oil change with an appointment was 2 hours. I feel like this could be much better. I don’t know if the website allows overbooking or if walk-ins were accepted before the appointments, but there were several others waiting the same amount of time and complaining in the waiting room.

I had a misunderstanding about the appointment. When I was told it would take 2.1/2 hr. for inspecting and see what the problem was and would be called to let me know. I literately thought it would be that amount of time. I left car with them at appointed time 7:30AM. I came back at 10:00AM figuring I would know something about 10:30 AM. At 11:30 AM I was told car had not been checked. They were waiting on tech to check it. At 1:00 PM I was told they could not find anything wrong. I sat there all this time not knowing why my car had not been seen to. Still don't know why screen does crazy things, but guess if I am not left strained somewhere it will be ok. Just think the situation could have been handled differently. Just hope I didn't buy a lemon!

Lindy is super nice and easy to work with. Greatly appreciated the honesty that the brakes were good and didn't need to be replaced as it would have been easy to replace them and not say they were still good.
